What inspection processes do you use?

All SMT assemblies go through automated optical inspection (AOI). BGAs, QFNs, and other leadless components undergo X-ray inspection. A final visual inspection by an IPC-certified QA technician is performed before shipment.

What manufacturing capabilities do you have?

For PCB assembly, we place BGAs, leadless packages (QFN, LGA, etc.), and passives as small as 01005. We handle both leaded and lead-free processes, high-temp solder applications, and RoHS-compliant assemblies. Through-hole components are assembled via wave solder or skilled hand soldering. All SMT work is inspected via AOI, with X-ray available for hidden solder joints. Beyond the board, we build cable and wire harness assemblies to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, and offer full systems integration including box build, electromechanical assembly, conformal coating, and final test.

What type of solder do you use?

We offer Sn63 (eutectic tin-lead, 63/37), SAC305 (lead-free, RoHS-compliant), or any other standard or specialized alloy required by your project specifications.

Do you offer testing services?

Yes. We provide functional testing, flying probe testing, and custom test development based on your requirements. We can also program microcontrollers, FPGAs, and other programmable devices as part of the assembly process.

What files and data do you need for a quote?

To quote your project, we typically need a Bill of Materials (Excel or CSV), Gerber files (RS-274X), and a centroid/pick-and-place file with XY coordinates. Assembly drawings and any special instructions are also helpful.

Do I need to supply parts, or can you source them?

Both options are available. With turnkey service, our purchasing team sources components and bare boards based on your BOM and Gerber data. With labor-only (consignment) service, you provide the materials and we assemble. Partial turnkey (where you supply some components and we source the rest) is also available.

Never. We will suggest alternate parts if there are availability or lead time issues, but we will not order or place any substitute without your written approval.

You'll have a dedicated point of contact for your orders. We provide updates at key milestones and proactively flag any issues with components, lead times, or documentation before they become problems.

We're set up for production volumes and work best with customers who have ongoing or recurring assembly needs. That said, we don't have a hard minimum. Reach out and we'll let you know if we're a good fit for your project.
