Jerry leads PPSI with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement. With a background in IT leadership and two decades in operations, he brings a data-driven approach to electronics manufacturing, building systems that deliver repeatable quality and on-time performance.

Hanh oversees accounting, legal, and HR operations at PPSI. With a finance degree from UT Austin and a background in law, she brings a dual perspective to contract review, financial planning, and organizational management, keeping the business side running smoothly so the production side can focus on building.

As Director of Quality & Engineering, Hiep is driven by the philosophy that doing things right is always worth the effort. He spearheads PPSI’s critical initiatives, including the company’s AS9100 certification. Hiep continuously optimizes processes to eliminate weaknesses and reinforce robust quality systems.

Michael leads manufacturing operations at PPSI with over 14 years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing. He expertly balances quality assurance, scheduling, and resource optimization. Through strong cross-functional leadership, Michael aligns teams to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery.

Josie manages logistics operations at PPSI, ensuring smooth material flow and delivery schedules. Her focus: reliable supply chains, inventory accuracy, and just-in-time delivery to keep projects on track.

Justin is PPSI's Business Development Manager, focusing on aerospace and defense. A former U.S. Army captain, he brings firsthand understanding of the quality and reliability demands of mission-critical applications, combined with program management expertise to serve as a trusted partner throughout the customer lifecycle.

Rita oversees program execution at PPSI, coordinating across production, purchasing, and quality to keep customer orders on schedule. Her focus: clear communication, reliable timelines, and no surprises. Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

Shaun is a Manufacturer’s Representative with nearly 20 years of experience across the electronics production lifecycle. Specializing in Business Development and Program Management, he excels at bridging the gap between engineering and production to build resilient supply chains and drive strategic growth.
