Inspection & Testing Services
3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Every SMT assembly passes through AOI to verify component presence, placement accuracy, polarity, and solder joint quality, catching defects before they reach final test.
X-Ray Inspection
High-resolution X-ray imaging for BGAs, QFNs, LGAs, and other leadless packages where solder joints are hidden beneath the component. Essential for verifying void percentages and joint integrity on critical assemblies.
Functional Test
We execute your test procedures using customer-supplied fixtures or custom solutions developed in collaboration with your engineering team. Full board functionality is verified before shipment.
Flying Probe Test
Fixtureless testing for verifying component values, shorts, and opens. Ideal for low-to-medium volume production or NPI runs where dedicated fixtures aren't cost-effective.
