Quality, certified

UL Approved
We manufacture UL approved assemblies, ensuring safety and compliance with global standards.

IPC J-STD-001
When failure isn't an option, Class III workmanship matters. Our IPC-certified technicians are trained to the highest industry standard for solder and assembly quality.

IPC/WHMA-A-620
Our cable and harness assemblies meet IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, the industry benchmark for workmanship, reliability, and acceptance criteria.

RoHS & WEEE Compliance
We are fully capable of lead-free manufacturing and recycling to meet RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) directives.

ANSI ESD S20.20 Compliance
Our facility maintains a strictly controlled Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protected area compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components.

Verified at every step
Rigorous verification at every step of manufacturing.
Incoming Inspection
All components and boards are inspected and verified against documentation before entering production. We maintain approved supplier lists and source from authorized distributors to mitigate counterfeit risk.
In-Process Controls
Automated solder paste inspection (SPI) monitors paste deposition. Real-time process monitoring on our SMT lines ensures consistency across production runs.
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Every SMT assembly undergoes 3D AOI to detect placement errors, solder defects, and component issues before shipment.
X-Ray Inspection
BGAs, QFNs, and other leadless components are inspected via high-power X-ray to verify hidden solder joints that can't be visually assessed.
Final Inspection
IPC-certified QA technicians perform visual inspection to IPC-A-610 Class II or Class III standards based on your requirements.
Traceability
Full lot and date code traceability on components. We maintain records that tie materials, processes, and inspection results to each assembly.
First Article Inspection
For new programs or engineering changes, we perform documented first article inspections to verify the process before full production.
